Our Story
Four Decades of Precision
1983
Founded by Mr Foo Jong Kan
Colombo Plan Scholar and First Class Honours graduate from UNSW. Established to serve Singapore's engineering survey sector.
1993
Land & Strata Surveys
Expanded into land and strata title survey work as Singapore's property development landscape surged.
1999
First Licensed Survey Firm under the Land Surveyors Board Singapore
Carrying out cadastral survey works to serve more developers and consultants in the built environment.

Mr Foo Jong Kan
Managing Director & Registered Surveyor (#34)
Colombo Plan Scholar, graduated from the University of New South Wales in 1978 with First Class Honours in Bachelor of Surveying. Registered Surveyor under the Land Surveyors Act (Cap 156). Started his career at the Jurong Town Corporation before founding the current firm. Former Strata Title Board member, SISV member.
Mr Martin Ang Phar Teng
Executive Director & Registered Surveyor (#73)
Graduate of the University of Tasmania in Bachelor of Surveying. Has worked across both the public and private sectors. Contributed to the Integrated Land Information Service (INLIS) project at the National Computer Board. Registered Surveyor since 2002. Former RICS member; currently a SISV and Singapore Computer Society member.

Mr Fang Kok Sum
Technical Consultant
Our pioneer of over 40 years, Mr Fang holds a Land Surveying Diploma from Singapore Polytechnic and is a recipient of the Certificate of Merit and Gold Medal. With extensive experience in strata development projects, including single-tier & 2-tier mixed developments, our then Technical Manager now serves as our Technical Consultant / Advisor, mentoring our survey professionals & providing technical guidance.
Mr Yu Jiangcheng
Senior Manager (Survey)
A Hohai University degree holder, a Gold Award recipient for Outstanding Performance under BCA Academy (Diploma in Geo-Spatial Information & Technology) & with 25+ years' experience, Mr Yu manages and coordinates our field teams, ensuring effective planning & execution of survey operations.
Ms Ser Pung Lah
Project Manager
From project commencement to completion, Ms Ser holds a key role in scheduling, coordinating project requirements & liaising with clients, authorities & service providers. With us for 30 years, she also leads & manages daily operations of our survey teams.
Mr Alvin Tang Chee Wai
Geomatic Manager
A specialist in survey computation & drafting with more than 30 years' experience in land surveying, Mr Alvin is reliable in overseeing and delivering accurate survey data.
Mr Kuan Shee Cheong
Senior Manager (As-Built BIM)
Mr Kuan joined us in 2022. With over 24 years of experience, he leads our 3D LiDAR scanning & modelling team and oversees & coordinates as-built BIM-related surveys.

Cadastral Survey Manager
A Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) graduate, Ms Jia Yi joined us in 2024 to coordinate & manage our cadastral surveys in accordance with project requirements & professional standards.
Ms Jocelyn Lau
Accounts
Ms Jocelyn joined us in 2021 to manage our finance & human resource matters. Along with daily account management, she also handles financial records & related administrative functions.

Supporting us for more than 20 years, our admin Ms Rajes manages day-to-day office administration along with cross-team communication & coordination within the company.
Mr Jason Chew
Geomatic Manager
Mr Jason, an NTU graduate, joined us in 2023 to render support in the processing & utilisation of point-cloud survey data. He has since developed a strong interest in geomatic engineering & now specialises in LiDAR point-cloud management.
Mr Hou Jianghao
Survey Supervisor
Having been with us for over 10 years, Mr Jianghao ensures field surveys are done efficiently, adhering to project requirements & instructions. He also supervises site operations & coordinates survey teams.
Mr Mohamad Shazani Bin Mohamad
Engineering Survey Manager
Mr Shazani has been responsible for coordination & management of engineering surveys since 2024. A UTM graduate, he specialises in engineering & construction projects with precise planning & execution.
Mr Heng Ee Jhun
Project Coordinator
Mr Jhun, another UTM graduate, joined us in 2026 to handle cadastral surveys, coordinate project needs and facilitate communication with clients, ensuring timely follow-up on each project.
